So for example a 90k dividend from the company will not incur any additional tax?
No additional tax in the UK. But remember that you may have liability to tax on this dividend in Australia. I am not saying for sure that you will (I don't know much about Aus tax) but you need to check it out. http://www.ato.gov.au

Yes, if you are tax resident in Australia as an Aus citizen or permanent resident the UK divis will be assessable in Australia, with a foreign tax offset available in respect of the tax credit.
