"Best" Way to do this ?

"Best" is a very subjective word here. It may mean "least hassle" or "least tax". I am after options/advice.

I live in France with my husband. He is a full-time employer of a French company. I get all the social/health benefits from his company.

We both are British.

I have been offered a contract by a company in Ireland - I can work-from home permanently.

So what is the "best" way to do this ?

Even though I am resident in France can I do this:

Set up as a sole-trader in the UK - use my inlaws address as the "registered" address - I believe you do not have to be resident in the UK to set up a sole trader ??

This seems the "best" for me - no language issues and I understand "sole -trader"....

Opinions please....

Thanks

Do you mean self employed subject to UK tax?
Do you adore to transfer your artistic and inventive qualities to renovate a part type? Perhaps your friends who tour your sanctuary head remarks about want they could levy you to change their premises.
