buy a company with no tax.

My chairman want to sell to 4 of us his company value of the company £200000, we will buy from him for £150000 and paid him in the next 3 years.
we don't want to paid some tax. can someone help us??
We want to open a new company, who will buy this share and paid in the next 3 years the price agree.

You need to structure this deal to avoid any problems over shares sold at an undervalue to employees as these can give rise to income tax on the difference.

if i understand well. we need to open a new company who will buy the share of the old company with this new company. We need to buy the share at the price of the value of the company. And with the profit we will paid the £150000 in the next 3 years.
i hope in this case we will have no tax to pay.

can someone help me about this tax system.
