Car Tax Confusion - P11D/P87

Hi All,

if someone could please advise it would be very much appreciated.

For my work I currently receive a car allowance of £410pm to drive my own vehicle. Which i currently choose to lease, at a cost of £306per month.

My Basic salary is £32,800 (which may be irrelevant)

In addition I have a company fuel card that pays for all my fuel up front, and I then contribute towards my personal mileage at a rate of 12p per mile which is deducted from my overall expenses for each month.

In previous years i have been able to claim back money at the end of each tax year. Im doing approx 30000 business miles per annum.

Could somebody please clarify if i can claim anything back and if so which form i should be looking at.

Many Many Thanks
Mark
