Charted Tax Advisers

Postby Barneymac on Fri Jan 19, 2007 2:04 pm

My wife & I each have wills plus we have a Family Trust which until now we have not made use of.
Having tried to find out via the web the best way to operate the Trust ie what to/can or should put in etc, I have concluded that such info is not readily available, or perhaps I'm asking the wrong questions.
That being the case I am now looking at Charted Tax Advisers.
My question is this, to find the best one for me , does anyone have any thoughts on what questions I should ask.

which will tell you why you should use a cta

or

to find one local to you.

Try looking for a chartered tax adviser who is also a solicitor or also a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).

Some of us are all three!
