Childminding concession - W & T allowance

Hi,
As Wear & Tear allowance is not longer available against furnished property rental income, from April 2016, I would like to know if childminders can still claim it as a concession.
Any advice would be appreciated.

It seems that childminders can still claim W&T, the guidance at the Nursery Resources is unchanged. Best to ring them to check for any possible updates on
