claiming tax refund after finishing work in the UK

Postby Renata » Thu Mar 30, 2017 12:36 am

Hi,

I'd be very grateful if you could help me.
My sister used to work in the UK. She started work in July 2015 and finished working in the UK in June 2016.
Someone told her that she could possibly claim the tax she had paid, since she was going to return to her country.
Now it has happened, but I don't know whether she could get back some tax or not, and if yes, where she should claim it.

Thank you so much for your help.
