Closing company that's only a few days old

Need some help please.

Started a company 2 days ago but have since changed my mind and don't want to go down that route.

Now what do I need to do to close the company ?

Do I need to file any accounts or anything like that and when do I do this ?

The company hasn't bought anything sold anything or been used in anyway.

I must apologise for my lack of knowledge.

Simple - you can apply to have the company struck off the Register by submitting to the Companies House a form DS01:
