Could help me how to return tax?...please...

Hi, Sir,

IÂ’m writing to you about asking my tax free refund of my inline skate
which I bought on the Internet last month here.
IÂ’m Korean and IÂ’ll come back to my country on the 7th of September.
So I hope I can receive tax refund of it, but I donÂ’t know how to do it.
Because of that, IÂ’m writing to you, sir.
I called “Route One(company name)” twice.
However, they said they didnÂ’t have any kind of tax free refund form
Therefore, I have to go VAT office and ask how to receive it in there.
Frankly, I donÂ’t understand how to do.
