The trusts` assets are invested in an Irish OEIC
(UCITs), should the taper relief allowed to mitigate CGT be at the `personal`level, or company level, or is there a different one for Trusts.
The beneficiary is UK domiciled.

The availablility of Taper Relief will depend on how long the trustees have owned the asset. It will be non business asset taper relief.
