Divorce

I have a property which is jointly owned by myself and my soon to be ex-husband. There is an outstanding mortgage and endowment policy on it and the deeds are also in joint names. Is it possible (on agreement by both parties) to remove my husbands name from the deeds, mortgage and endowment? and are there any tax implications regarding this?

Needs to be done legally as part of the divorce agreement, so your solicitor should be able to do this and advise whether any tax consequences arise.
