Does Form 85 Apply?

Hi - I've permanently left the UK (at least I think it is permanent), but am still having tax deducted at source on my UK bank account. Should I submit form r85 to my bank?

You need to complete r105

http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/r105.pdf

You need to make a sepearate claim for previous year to get a refund
