EU VAT Refund for France

Hi ,

Just wondering if there is a quicker way to do the refund application. I have 400 transactions in an excel file that needs to be typed on the website one by one. I am just surprised that there isn't a quick upload function for all refund application.

Also anyone know whether you can claim 100% of your input VAT. I am a UK VAT registered business.

Why are you being charged FR VAT? (what are the charges for)

most of these are incidental cost where you cannot always avoid the VAT under r/c such as post, stationary, exhibition costs, telephone, hotels etc

There is no csv upload option to my knowledge, all manual as you suggest. Not played about on the site yet though.
