HMRC address if I'm working abroad

Postby zom » Wed May 17, 2017 9:49 am

I'm working abroad (I'm UK citizen) and submit annual assessments to HMRC (rental income etc). And have stated on these I'm non UK resident. HMRC still have my old UK address and I can't find anywhere on their website (government gateway) to enter a foreign correspondence address, the gateway only accepts UK postcodes.

I do stay on holidays with my daughter, so I could use this address. I realise staying with her means I meet the "accommodation" rule, so I can't see anything incorrect in using her address.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks
