Postby zeroco on Mon Jul 11, 2011 4:03 pm

Hi there,

some investmsnet funds are distributing from time to time retrocessions, which mainly are funds distributed based on performance of the fund and/ or founder of the investment fund bonuses..... do I need to classify such distributions as income or capital gain

Best,

They appear to be profit derived, so they must be income. Do you get vouchers with the payments? Are there tax credits shown?
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA
