I have a part-time business which generates a decent profit for the amount of time that's put in, but my full time job attracts a high rate of tax, hence the part time profits will therefore too.
I've been considering forming a partnership with my wife who is at present a stay at home mum, thereby potentially halving 'my' profits and therefore tax liability.
Does anyone have any guidance, can direct me towards a suitable partnership agreement template?
