Where a property is 50% owned as tenants in common is the value inserted in the box under question 11.8 instead of 9.2?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

11.8 if resided there

11.9 if did not reside there

Not 9.2 as not joint tenants but tenants in common

Thanks for your quick reply. Hopefully one final question:
If the will states everything shall pass to the surviving spouse apart from the deceased's share (50%) of the property which is to go into a discretionary trust,
is the the value to enter in box J the net value of the estate less half the current property value?

50% interest (estimated value £x, should less than £325k) in house to discretionary trust and residue to surviving spouse.

Yes, value of residue entered in box J and spouse exemption in narrative box.

Then value £x will be shown at box K
