Can the trustees of a discretionary trust claim tax relief through SA900 on loan interest on a loan taken out to pay the 10 year IHT charge?
Can't see it covered anywhere.

No.
Only executors can on interest payable on loans to pay IHT within year of the loan - s364 ICTA 1988.
