Investment in E Europe

Over 7yrs I have invested some personal money [£100k) in an investment co.which derives its eventual income from commission on business deals. In 3yrs time I will have retired with income of £15k pa .i am not working now and will have 30k to see me through until then.
Over the next 2-5 yrs I am expecting 500k - 1million back from my investment. I believe I can influence the rate of how much is returned to me in spreading it over 5 to 10 yrs

Q1. Can I receive back the initial 100k without paying any tax?

Q2.Are there any strategies for limiting the amount of tax I pay.

THe company is a private company and not listed

Should I be looking at hiring specialised accountants or sticking to my previous company accountants.
