Searched for the answer to this somewhat unsuccessfully.
I am a UK resident living in Northern Ireland who owns both UK and Irish passports.
I wish to set up an Irish company whose principal business shall be in consulting to a UK company. I will be the director and sole shareholder. The realised profits of this company will be subject to Irish corporation tax. I will not personally be receiving any salary or dividend from the company.
Can someone please advise if I personally will be liable for tax as per TCGA s13?
Many thanks,
Jim
