Hi - I am a new member and this is my first question
My question is - if someone trades currency on my behalf and gives me a percentage of the profits, do I have to declare this 'income' to HMRC?
I have a contract in place with the Trader regarding the initial monies I have given him
I get a monthly statement from the Trader and profits are paid to me each month into my personal bank account
I have other income - pension, rental income, business etc
I have only recently come across this forum and have found it really interesting. Well done to all who contribute and keep up the excellent work
