Liable for tax?

Postby Aoss » Tue Aug 16, 2016 4:20 pm

Hi everyone,

Would I be liable to pay tax after working five plus years abroad?

I vist the UK three months of the year (April - April) but no more 90 days - a little help please as I'm returning at the end of September and looking for some genuine advice.

Thanks.

When you become UK resident you'll be liable to UK tax on UK income.
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA

Maths has already answered this question. I would suggest you contact a local accountant with knowledge of SRT as clearly you are confused.
