Liable No Longer Liable Status

Liable No Longer Liable Status

Postby John.Smith on Mon Oct 24, 2011 10:55 am

I have exceeded the registration threshold, and HMRC offers me "Liable No Longer Liable Status" as I am now below the de-registration threshold.

With this status can I re-invoice my work, charging and recovering the VAT I have to pay over to HMRC? I understand that it would have to be with the agreement and co-operation of my customer(s).

When HMRC offered you the 'Liable no longer liable' status, their letter should have included the conditions of that status. Does their letter help in any way?
