Hi
My wife and I are to become the trustees and beneficiciares of a Discretionary trust for a 1 bedroom flat on the passing away of an uncle.
We would like to purchase an additional property at that time and wondered if it was possible for the Trust rather than us as individuals to apply for a mortgage/remortgage based on the price of the flat ?
Do you know if it isa possible for the tRust to apply for a mortgage or apply for a loan ?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
