Hi
As a company director is there a minimum salary I can pay myself and not pay tax/ni?

You can pay yourself whatever you like. Min wage legislation has exemptions for company directors, but it is a minefield.

If you stay under the NIC /PAYE threshold then no tax or NIC will be due.
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA

With regard to the National insurance please be aware that by not paying NI this will affect your state pension unless you are paying class3 voluntary contributions around £8.00 per week
