I've been trying to fill out this new online pdf form and am struggling with some of the definitions (and the related help boxes).
1) Should Directors remuneration (CP16) include the NI the company pays for the director? - if not where does this go in the expenses part of the computations?
Likewise should the NI go with the remuneration on the company accounts? My system separates them.
2) Charitable donations are removed from expenses (CP48) but they are allowed as non-trade expenses. I just can't see where this is entered - any ideas?
3) Allowances. If you have
WDV b/f = £100 (CP78)
Current period AIA = £300 (CP83)
Then you can claim 300 (CP88) +20 (CP89) for allowances - BUT this makes the WDV c/f (CP92) negative. I think the c/f value should be £80. Any idea of how to fix it? (negative numbers stop the form progressing)
