NIC On Bonuses after leaving the company

I left my previous employer in Feb 06, however my annual bonus was not paid until April 06, they have deducted around £360 for National insurance, the HMRC website says payments made after leaving employment should be on a week 1 basis, this looks like a month 1 deduction. how can i get back any overpayment?
