No P45 or P60 from employer. Solutions?

No P45 or P60 from employer. Solutions?

Having been made redundant last year, the employer has not provided a P45 or P60.

Even though the employer is legally obliged to provide these details, I have left on bad terms(i.e they lost the tribunal case), and will not respond to me, or the court.

My SA return is due end of january, how can I complete this without P45/P60.

Can I get a statement from HMRC of the tax/NI paid to complete the return.

If they won't give you a P45 contact HMRC and ask them to enforce the PAYE regulations. There are penalties at their disposal.

With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA

Agreed. The threat of a full PAYE Audit is usually sufficient. The interest & penalties, even on comparatively small amounts, for the previous 6 years can be very large.
