Overseas dividend payment

Hi All,

I am running a Ltd company. At the moment I am the only director holding shares in this company.

Qst.
1. Can I issue shares to someone outside who is not resident of UK.

2. Can I pay dividend to those non-resident UK shareholder.

3. How should I proceed in making a non-UK resident a shareholder of my company. where can I find all the relevant documents/application to enroll shareholder in my company.

4. Last but not the least, Can I make a student who is studying in UK as a shareholder of my company and pay him dividends.
