P35 Enquiry

I have been notified by H M R & C that they intend to look into my submitted P35 for 2007/2008. However this P35 was inquired into in December 2008. Can the H M R & C start looking into this P35 again.

Without looking into this in detail, I would just say "Probably yes." In any case, it would be good policy to be polite. You need to start by looking back at the correspondence and any notes you kept from the original enquiry. Did you answer properly the points they raised then? Were there any loose ends? Was the enquiry ever formally closed?
Was your accountant involved? Under what provisions is the latest letter issued? What about the letter 2 years ago?
