Paye on-line filing £250 incentive payment

Following submitting 2004/2005 P35 on-line,does anybody have an idea when the £250 incentive payments will be made, either by credit to the current year or cheque repayment. After all it is now nearly five months on from 5 April.

I was wondering the same thing.
Check out HMRC website and I think it mentions September onwards for cheque refunds, however I'm sure it said that as long as you have received receipt of your online returns, you can deduct the £250 from you monthly returns at any time.
