PAYE schemes and Charity Group

Hello,

I am a bookkeeper at a Charity who have a trading arm.

The trading arm has a PAYE scheme set-up but the salaries and PAYE payment comes from the main charity bank account.

Is that a problem bearing they are within the same charity group or should we set up a separate PAYE scheme for charity.
