PAYE Settlement Agreements

PAYE Settlement Agreements

If a client has had a PAYE settlement agreement for 10/11 but won't be making the specified payment this year, do we need to send it back to HMRC stating 'not applicable' or can we just ignore it this year?

Easiest to send it back, saves the endless string of reminder post.

That's what I figured, but I didn't want to make things worse if the done thing was to just ignore it unless you had something to say.

Thanks :)
