Payee visit

Postby Yiannis17 » Fri Sep 16, 2016 12:35 pm

I have a client been with me a few weeks. HMRC have raised a visit. He has not payee records at all. He has been paying people 'staff' who he states are self employed. Even though non of them I believe are registered as such. What are the consequences?
