Paying a company

Postby alexgreen » Fri Feb 26, 2016 1:37 pm

Hello guys

I need to pay a certain amount (10,000USD) from my personal account to UK company with the bank in Czech Republic.

Will there be any issues with taxes etc? I didn't think that there could be when paying from personal account to a company but a friend just told me so I am bis confused. Could you clarify if possible?

Cheers

It depends what it's for.
If it's for goods, there may be import duty and VAT due in the UK.
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA
