I have just inherited my late fathers property value circa £60000 I already have my own property and am looking at the best tax efficient options. I am considering selling the inherited property , will I be liable for CGT ?

Only if sells for more than the probate value, i.e. if it goes up in value before you sell it. You have an £11,100 Capital gains allowance for the year. Regards
