Opening a LTD company whilst still in full time work

Postby Redman123 » Sun Apr 23, 2017 4:05 pm

All,

Please can someone advise:

I am having to consider opening a LTD company for future purposes on receiving a large amount of money from a project.

I am in full time work 40 hours a week and would only need the company open and active so when the time comes the money can be transferred to the potential LTD company because tax reasons are better than my personal account.

Would opening a ltd company that wouldn't take any money until 18months down the line affect my housing benefit and council tax support?

Regards
