do we have to wait until after the election to find out what the IHT intentions are from the Conservative, Labour and LibDem party
the information in the Labour and LibDem manifesto is vague and I could not find anything specific in the Tory manifesto either.

Yes. Until the law changes - manifestos are not law - we have what we have.

Whoever gets into power will likely have a post election emergency budget to implement their wonderful new ideas. It's likely to be within a few weeks of the results and until then we'll know nothing unless they specifically announce it.

Think of it like Christmas, but instead of nice gifts we get a surprise box full of poisonous snakes and additional complications...
