Is 3% applicable?

Postby Slinky67 » Mon May 29, 2017 2:20 pm

Hi,

Some clarification please

I currently own a flat mortgage free and is rented out. My wife and I have just sold our main house and will be moving shortly to a new property which will also be our main home.

Would we be liable for the extra 3%?

No, as you are replacing your main residence.
