Do note that for green card holders and US citizens, most of the dta will not apply. If you have previously worked in the USA, make sure you you properly renounced your green card, assuming you had one.
For the sake of clarity; a green card is not "renounced"; it can be abandoned or revoked. These are a very different process from renouncement. The more interesting and important question here is why the OP is continuing to file in the United States? Is there ongoing US source income? Is the OP a US green card holder?
