Professional help required

My friends, who own 60+ buy to let properties, have recently moved from Kent to the Blackpool area. Unfortunately there is an ongoing tax investigation, most of which they have handled themselves so far. They need a pro-active qualified accootnsant to advise generally regarding their affairs and progress the investigation. Any suggestions welcome.
