Has anyone got a way of proving that they have informed HMRC about a change in circumstances?

A copy of the letter is always useful. What do you need to prove?
With a pinch of salt take what I say, but don't exceed your RDA

Proof of posting/delivery might be useful. Perhaps a fax or email. Contemporaneous attendance notes etc
