Discuss what you should do with your accountant and the HMRC Inspector. They are best placed to advise what is best for you in your particular circumstances, in the context of your own business. Can't really give a more specific answer than that! :|

Just a bit of an update.

I feel much calmer now. I have spoken to my Accountant today and he suddently asked if I had had large amounts of money put through any accounts. Well the answer is yes, as we re-mortgaged twice during that tax year - totalling almost £40K, so if they were watching our accounts, then I suppose it does look a bit dodgy!

Anyway, now gone through all the personal accounts and can show where the money came from and where it went to a point (it was for our extension), so I am going to send all that with everything too, plus the mortgage information.
