Redomiciliation of a nondom company owning real estate in UK

Dear all,

I just want to ask if the redomiciliation of a foreign company owning real property in UK to another foreign jurisdiction would result to any tax consequence in UK? I believe there would be none since the property will not change hands or ownership, but would just want a confirmation of that belief.
