Has the filing deadline for SA700s (Tax Return for non-resident companies subject to UK income tax) been extended to 2 February? I thought logically it should have been but I just spoke the HMRC's non-resident section and they said the extension only applied to online tax returns. As SA700s are submitted in paper form they do not get an extension. It does not seem to me that their advice can be correct. Anyone know?
