I own the freehold title to four seperate flats in one block. There are no single leases in place as yet. Bought in 2009 for £122,000 as a single dwelling and spent £90,000 converting. I have lived in one the last 2 years.
Is there any relief for the flat I have occupied ?

Did you acquire or convert the property with the intention (wholly or partly) of making a gain on the ultimate disposals?

...the intention was never to sell but of course have the rental income.
Divorce issue is targeting this asset and possibly forcing me to sell.

Are you proposing to sell the whole of your interest to one buyer?
