Sales tax in US

Postby Jambo55 » Thu Jun 08, 2017 4:10 pm

Hi All,

A UK business sells goods to the US - is anyone aware if there is a "threshold" where the UK business would need to register for US sales tax?

Also, presumably as the business is UK based all profits would be subject to UK tax, rather than US income / corporate tax?

Any help / comments much appreciated, thanks JmB
