Thankyou very much, sounds like by arranging this as 4 separate sales of £150K beneficial interest transfer from aunt to nephew this would attract only 1% sdlt rather than 4% sdlt, saving a significant amount.

Many thanks your prompt expertise and assistance.

Do you please have a donation pot, failing which a charity you'd like me to benefit?

many thanks.

Although the purchaser is the nephew of the beneficiaries who are selling their beneficial interests (and is not therefore a "connected" person under your helpful analysis), the legal title is currently held by two trustees (for the beneficiaries).

As one of the trustees is the father of the 'nephew' does this interject a connection irrespective of the fact that the trustee holds no beneficial interest etc.?

thanks.

How about 'Generix's new house furniture charity fund'? What do you say s44? ;)
Do you adore to transfer your artistic and inventive qualities to renovate a part type? Perhaps your friends who tour your sanctuary head remarks about want they could levy you to change their premises.
