sdlt on a lease and forms

Postby rav147 on Tue Aug 04, 2009 3:15 pm

hi, if a lease for a non residential property is signed for 5 years at £5000 per year and NIL premium - i calculated £0 stamp duty using the calculator on hmrc website. are there any forms to submit if no tax is due? i think they changed the rules on sdlt 60 but im still unsure.
thanks in advance for any help.
