Self employment help

Postby loudog on Tue Mar 15, 2011 6:14 am

Hi, This is my first time on here and I am about to embark on an adventure. I am in my early 40s, and dont have a good record with tax and NI. I left school, worked for a buider on the old YTS scheme. Done some casual labour in the 90s, with periods on the dole. In the period 2000s to 2010 I done some more casual work, the last 2 and half years I have been unemployed. my question is this, I have since been offerd work and want to go self employed, but I am petrified off my past. Any help I would be the most grateful. Kind regards

My question is this really, Am I likely to open a can of worms even if I have been unemployed on jobseekers for the last 2 and a half years.
Regards
Lou

Sorry, did you mean to mention in your original post that when you did the casual labour you had not declared any tax on it?

Else not sure where the problem is?
Do you adore to transfer your artistic and inventive qualities to renovate a part type? Perhaps your friends who tour your sanctuary head remarks about want they could levy you to change their premises.
